Silk Impressions offers free shipping and promises to process and deliver your order within 5-7 business days except during the holidays when Silk Impressions commits to expedite the shipping process. We will ship to any address in the United States, District of Columbia and US Territories. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, so please Contact Us if you wish to have products delivered internationally and we will let you know if we can comply.

You may return any item in its original package within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. An exception will be made for customers returning Winter Holiday gifts. In this case, you have until January 15th to contact Silk Impressions regarding your return. Please go to the Contact Us page and send an email stating your order number and the item you wish to return. Silk Impressions will contact you with return shipping instructions. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed your returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of shipping your return.
